Terms and Conditions

1  Applicant Should abide by the payment schedule mentioned in payment details.

2.  In case the applicants default in the payment of any of the installments, the payment received till then after deducting 25% of the payment received, will be refunded.

3.  The refund process if any will be taken up only after the completion of allotment process.

4.  The registration fees, legal fees and the stamp duty charges should be borne by the purchaser. Any other new taxes by the govt. should also be borne by the applicant.

5.  Site allotment would be done on first come first serve basis.

6.  The developers reserve the rights to make any changes in the layout plan at any given point of time.
