Terms and Conditions

1.  Applicant Should abide by the payment schedule mentioned in payment details.

2.  The amount of the applicants who default in the payment schedule (instalments) will be refunded with a 25%       deduction on the  amount remitted.

3.  The refund process if any will be taken up only after the completion of allotment process.

4.  The registration fees, legal fees and the stamp duty charges should be borne by the purchaser. Any other new        taxes by the govt. should also be borne by the applicant.

5.  Site allotment would be done on first come first serve basis.

6.  Corner sites' allotment would be at the sole discreation of the developers.

7.  The developers reserve the rights to make any changes in the layout plan at any given point of time.
