As our project “ASSET’S HABITAT” has been approved by STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI), the following documents would be required to avail Loan assistance needed to purchase the land :

• Duly Completed application form which can be downloaded below.
• Two Passport size Photographs of both Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s).
• Proof of Identity *(Employee ID Card/Voters ID card/Passport/Driving Licence/PAN Card)
• Proof of Residence *(Recent Telephone bill/Electricity bill/Property Tax Receipt/Letter From employer/Lease agreement of the present Residence/Gas connection letter).
• Statement of account/ passbook for the last six months (where the salary is credited or transactions undertaken)(*-not required if satisfactorily conducted account is maintained with us)
• Proof of sources of margin money met/to be met by the borrower.
• Stamp-Papers for documentation(This can be sent later).

While sending the loan documents, also please add your job contract letter(job offer) along with the other documents.
